Pilates Classes
PILATES UPDATE
Following on from the Government update on Monday we have taken the decision not to hold Pilates classes here at the Clinic at the current time.
This morning we held two virtual classes which were streamed live via Facebook Groups and were a great success! Well done everyone who logged in and completed their class at home.
Going forward, each class will be sent details for their group along with a link. Simply follow the link, add yourself to the group and your class will be posted at your normal class time. Please give us a call if you have any questions on this.
Don't forget we have Pilates bands for sale here at the Clinic if you want to incorporate them into your class at home.
We look forward to seeing your photos of your mats at home ready for class!
